The owner-managed group operating under the umbrella brand DEFACTO X offers a comprehensive range of services in the complex field of Consumer Centricity. As an umbrella brand, DEFACTO X merges the expertise from three business fields:
SCIENCE & OPERATIONS, COMMUNICATION STRATEGY & CAMPAIGNS and DIGITAL PLATFORMS & SERVICES,  with sites in Erlangen, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, and Bonn.

DEFACTO X operates in 65 markets worldwide and supplies solutions to suit all demands facing companies today who wish to adopt a consistent customer orientation against the background of digitalisation.

More than ten years ago, Claus Schuster and Jan Möllendorf took over the direct marketing agency from Erich Schuster. With passion and pioneering spirits they brought much experience to the table and developed what is now the group of companies under DEFACTO X. From direct marketing via CRM to modern consumer centricity – our two managing shareholders are true pathfinders and will endeavor to be so in the future.
